Erin Brasell

Managing Editor, Oregon Historical Quarterly
Erin is the Managing Editor for the Oregon Historical Quarterly, OHS’s peer-reviewed public history journal. She is also co-founder of Dear Oregon, OHS’s blog, and serves as its managing editor. Erin spends her days collaborating with authors and colleagues to make Oregon’s history accessible and relevant to a broad range of audiences. Before joining OHS in 2013, Erin practiced as an architectural historian and historic preservation consultant. She holds a B.S. in architectural studies and an M.A. in American studies.
