Sarah oversees the Oregon Historical Society Research Library’s sound collections, which include oral history interviews, speeches, debates, radio programs, and much, much more. Since she began heading the oral history department in 2014, Sarah has dedicated herself to making accessible more of the collection to public and online. She joined OHS in 2010 working on various archival projects at OHS, including processing and cataloging the Portland General Electric collection (Coll 415). Before joining the Oregon Historical Society, Sarah had a long and illustrious career as a barista in California. She has a BA in linguistics from U.C. Santa Barbara and an MLIS with a focus on archives from San Jose State University.
