Lindsey is a Project Archivist at the Oregon Historical Society, where she spends her days working with archival materials to make them useful and accessible to the public. Currently, she’s processing and digitizing the Al Monner photograph collection, taken by the photographer for the Oregon Journal from 1936 to 1974. She’s worked in cultural resource management for over 10 years, including projects at the Getty Research Institute and the National Park Service. She loves old photographs of Oregon mountains, the smell of paper, and perusing historic maps. When not tackling archival issues at OHS, she spends her time foraging for beautiful Oregon mushrooms and climbing mountains.
