Education & Programs Coordinator
Isa Ruelas is the Education & Programs Coordinator at the Oregon Historical Society and is responsible for providing communication, planning, tracking, and support to the community programs and education departments. Prior to joining OHS, Isa worked as the Development and Communications Coordinator at a nonprofit focused on preventing childhood trauma through nurturing community resiliency in the Twin Cities. She graduated with honors from Macalester College where she studied American studies and psychology. Isa is passionate about the power of storytelling and history to create meaningful work that can transform communities and help to actualize a more just, sustainable, and empathetic society.
