Amy E. Platt is the project manager, contributor, and editor for the Oregon Historical Society’s digital history projects, including The Oregon Encyclopedia and the Oregon History Project. For over a decade she has worked with the region’s many historians, writers, researchers, and experts to publish Oregon history on the web, where it is free and accessible to everyone. When she’s not on the internet, she is in the OHS archives, because everything is interesting. Amy is a Yeoman (Oberlin College) and a Viking (Portland State University), with familial loyalties to the Beavers (Oregon State University) and the Raiders (Southern Oregon University). GO THORNS.
