All humans must eat, but what and how varies widely. Worldwide food consumption- what do global citizens (families) share or lack in comparison with each other? Interviews, lists of quantities and costs of foods are included in the exhibit as a way of highlighting each country’s environmental conditions, & socio-economic status.
