Oregon: Yours, Mine, Ours
 A Sesquicentennial Commemorative Exhibit: 1959-2009 Opening 2009 A multifaceted exhibit modeled after the award winning OHS exhibit Oregon My Oregon, 20th Century Oregon will provide the community with a realistic picture of the impact the past 50 years has had on this home we call Oregon. Including components on the Centennial Exposition (1959), the “greening” of Oregon, Oregon’s transformation into a recreation and travel destination, new directions for Oregon’s many Native American tribes, and the realization that Oregon has become a hub for many of the world’s leading economic stakeholders. This exhibit will force you to ask yourself- "What does it mean to be an Oregonian?" |
