Daniella Mahoney
 

Daniella Mahoney was born in Prague, capital of the Czech Republic in Eastern Europe. She learned a variety of traditional arts from her parents and grandparents, and also in school as a child. Daniella holds a B.A. in marketing and has been teaching classes and workshops in egg decorating and other Eastern European cultural crafts since 1983.

Seasonal Crafts of the Czech Republic

Students will gain an awareness of seasonal celebrations in the Czech Republic by creating their own seasonal project with an emphasis on using natural materials and may include egg decorating, wall hangings, floral arrangements, holiday centerpieces or yarn dolls. All projects will be multi-sensory involving moving, listening and hands-on projects and are designed to be age appropriate.
